SahiUpload.com provides free, browser-based file processing tools including but not limited to:

All file processing is performed entirely within your web browser using client-side JavaScript. No files are uploaded to, processed on, or stored by our servers. Your documents remain on your device at all times.

3. User Responsibility

By using this Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for any files you process using the Service and for verifying the output before submitting it to any government portal, exam website, passport office, or KYC platform.
  • You must independently verify the dimensions, file size, image quality, format, and resolution of the processed output to ensure they meet the requirements of the intended portal or authority.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that the documents you process are authentic and that you have the legal right to use and modify them.
  • You will use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Indian laws and regulations.

4. No Guarantee of Acceptance

SahiUpload.com provides tools for file formatting and compression convenience only. We do not guarantee that any government portal, exam website, passport application system, KYC platform, or other third-party service will accept the files produced by our tools.

Each portal or authority sets its own requirements for file dimensions, size, format, resolution, and content. These requirements may change without notice. It is your responsibility to verify the current specifications of the target portal and ensure your output meets those requirements before submission.

We are not responsible for any rejection, delay, loss of opportunity, or adverse consequence arising from the use of files processed through this Service.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for any of the following purposes:

  • Creating, modifying, or producing fake or fraudulent identity documents including Aadhaar cards, PAN cards, passports, voter IDs, or driving licences.
  • Forgery or tampering with official government documents, certificates, or records.
  • Illegal modification of Aadhaar numbers, PAN numbers, passport details, signatures, thumb impressions, or any personally identifiable information for fraudulent purposes.
  • Creating forged or doctored signatures or thumb impressions for use in unauthorised transactions or submissions.
  • Any activity that violates the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Indian Penal Code, the Aadhaar Act, 2016, or any other applicable law.
  • Any use intended to deceive, defraud, or harm any individual, organisation, or government body.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in legal action under applicable Indian law.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SahiUpload.com and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Service.
  • Any errors, inaccuracies, or defects in the processed output.
  • Rejection of processed files by any government portal, exam website, or third-party platform.
  • Loss of data, opportunity, or any other loss resulting from the use of the Service.
  • Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your files on your own device.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
